Chamoru Tribe encourages you to read DEIS

Guam - If you haven't had a chance to read the DEIS, organizations like the Chamoru Tribe strongly encourage you to. Tribe chairman Frank Schacher said, "It would be a real shame if people didn't pay attention because they were too caught up on their daily existence to focus on the future for their children. But that's what's happening.
"People need to wake up. We need to voice our opinion. We need to let Uncle Sam know."
